Thirza Jago.

The skills I hopefully bring to the board are as a retired headteacher are awareness, open-mindedness, a desire for appropriate improvement. I want to stand up for and see the best possible environment for children and young people to grow up in. Change is inevitable so after living in Ford for 32 years I want to ensure that future generations who have strong links to this area have the opportunity to continue living here should they so wish. Make use of what we already have, protecting the good things but being open to new ideas is essential because it is the future that we need to plan for whilst supporting what is in the locality already.

Maureen Chaffe

The skills I bring to the board are administrative. I have worked with the Parish for the past 8 years to bring the Neighbourhood Plan to fruition. I am able to use my I.T. and admin skills to support the board but I am also passionate about seeing the aspirations of the Parish outworked through the Plan process and through the CLT.
